NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2016, and entered in Case No. 2016 CA 001070 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A, THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES 2006-4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is Plaintiff and MICHAEL E. STAUFFER; SHANNON E. STAUFFER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 17 day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
