By publication of this Citation in some newspaper published in the County of Sarasota, Florida, for one issue, prior to the return date hereof ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS of the ESTATE OF WILLIAM G. HARRISON, DECEASED and ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF Richard T. Harrison, Jr., Deceased,
are cited to be and appear before the Probate Court No. 2 of Dallas County, Texas, at the Renaissance Tower, 1201 Elm Street, in the City of Dallas, on the first Monday after service hereof is perfected, to wit: Monday, October 3, 2016, to answer the Application To Declare Heirship filed by Richard T. Harrison, III, on March 21, 2016, in the matter of the Estate of: Richard T. Harrison, Jr., Deceased, No. PR- 16-00545-2, and alleging in substance as follows:
Applicant alleges that the decedent Richard T. Harrison, Jr. died on January 20, 2004, in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, and prays that the Court hear evidence sufficient to determine who are the heirs of Richard T. Harrison, Jr., Deceased.
