NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 27, 2013, and entered in 09-CA-001443 DIV. G of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-16 is the Plaintiff and DEBRA SIMMONS; DEAN SIMMONS; WEST MEADOWS PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; E TRADE BANK are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 20, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
