Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, Case No. 15-CC-33052, Div. K, the Clerk of the Court, Hillsborough County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 1206, BUILDING 1, ISLAND CLUB AT ROCKY POINT, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16071, PAGE 1510, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on December 2, 2016. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
