NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 13, 2016, and entered in 16-CA-001649 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NA SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA NA SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2004-1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2004-1 is the Plaintiff and SEWDAT SHIWCHARAN; SABITREE SHIWCHARAN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
