Unit 104, ROSEWOOD GARDENS, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 6, Page 8, and as described by the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4157, Page 402 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Business Law Group, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 301 W. Platt St., #375, Tampa, FL 33606 no later than OCT 24 2016 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
