Unit No. 307, of AUTUMN CHASE CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 15084 Page 873 and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 142, Page 1, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on MARYVEL DE CASTRO VALDES, ESQ., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: 201 Alhambra Circle, Eleventh Floor, Coral Gables, FL 33134, on or before 10-21-2016, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service upon Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
