NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 30 August, 2016, and entered in Case No. 52-2016-CA-001862 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF9, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF9, is the Plaintiff and Brandi Lee Lucid a/k/a Brandi L. Lucid, Carl J. Lucid, Country Side North Ridge Homeowner's Association, Inc, Countryside North Community Association, Pinellas County, Florida, United States of America, Department of Treasury, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 14th of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
