Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 6, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 79, ORANGE ESTATES OF ST. PETERSBURG, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 10560 54TH AVE N, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33708-3330; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 21, 2016 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
