NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on March 29, 2016 in Civil Case No. 15-003978-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-RP1 is the Plaintiff, and JEROME HOWARD A/K/A JEROME A. HOWARD; JESSICA HOWARD A/K/A JESSICA L. HOWARD N/K/A JESSICA L. WIGGINS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEROME HOWARD A/K/A JEROME A. HOWARD; MRC RECEIVABLES CORP A/K/A MRC RECEIVABLES CORPORATION; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MIGUEL RODRIGUEZ; BAYSIDE HEATING & A/C, INC. A/K/A BAYSIDE HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING, INC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on October 12, 2016 at 10:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK B, SECOND ADDITION TO BETTY LANE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
