NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 14-006720-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY, Plaintiff, and, DOUGLAS R. SMALL, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF GAIL RONA BRANOVAN A/K/A GAIL R. BRANOVAN A/K/A GAIL BRANOVAN, DECEASED , et. al., are Defendants, clerk Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 20th day of October, 2016, the following described property:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
