YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff herein in the following described property:
Apartment No. 8442, Vendome Village Unit Eleven, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 11, Pages 99 and 100 and being further described in the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3892, Page 21 through 80, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
