NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2016, and entered in Case No. 16-001052-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and JAMES L. WORKMAN; PENTHOUSE GROVES ASSOCIATION NO. B, INC.; ALBRIGHT ROOFING AND CONTRACTING INC, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 14TH day of OCTOBER, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NO. F-127 OF PENTHOUSE GROVES, UNIT B, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3542, PAGE 509, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO; AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 95, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
