NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 16, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-006306-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-QS7, is Plaintiff and GIUSEPPE GIOVATTO; MELANIE SUCHANEK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC AS NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL, LLC (F/K/A HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL NETWORK, INC); SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING, LLC; THE GRAND BELLAGIO AT BAYWATCH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 17TH day of OCTOBER, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 430B BUILDING 4, THE GRAND BELLAGIO AT BAYWATCH CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 12663, PAGES 1378 THROUGH 1560 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 129, PAGES 1 THROUGH 15, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
