BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO COLONIAL BANK BY ACQUISITION OF ASSETS FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER FOR COLONIAL BANK, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF DONALD D. HUGHES A/K/A DONALD HUGHES; RANCHERO VILLAGE CO-OP INC.; BRYN JOHNSON A/K/A BRYNE HEATHER JOHNSON; ADAM JESSE HUGHES; are Defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of Court for PINELLAS, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 18TH day of OCTOBER, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

UNIT/LOT NO. 648 OF RANCHERO VILLAGE CO-OP, INC., A FLORIDA NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION, ACCORDING TO EXHIBIT “B” (THE “PLOT PLAN”) OF THE DECLARATION OF MASTER FORM OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14878, PAGES 207 THROUGH 269, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA (THE “MASTER AGREEMENT”), AND AS LEGALLY DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT “A” TO SAID MASTER AGREEMENT.

Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
