NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 16, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-005025-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-QS4 is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT A. CUCCIA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT A. CUCCIA N/K/A TRINA CUCCIA; SHORE MARINER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on October 13, 2016 at 10:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM APARTMENT NO. 217, TOGETHER WITH ITS APPURTENANCES IN SHORE MARINER, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4253 PAGE 595 THROUGH 651, INCLUSIVE, FILED AS INSTRUMENT NO. 75008708 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20 PAGE 82, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
