Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 6, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:

and commonly known as: 10145 43RD WAY N, PINELLAS PARK, FL 33782; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 21, 2016 at 10:00 A.M..
