Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 13, 2016, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
LOT 7, BLOCK A, VIRGINIA GROVES TERRACE FIFTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 43 AND 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1730 SAINT CROIX DR, CLEARWATER, FL 33759; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 28, 2016 at 10:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
