NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2016 and entered in Case No.: 16-002980-CI-011 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF BEULAH SAVAGE, FRANCES TURNER CAMPBELL, IF LIVING, OR THE ESTATE OF FRANCES TURNER CAMPBELL, IF DEAD and THE CIT GROUP/CONSUMER FINANCE, INC., are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on October 25, 2016 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lots 54, 55 and 56, G. C. PRATHER'S FIFTH ROYAL SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 18, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
