NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2016 and entered in Case No.: 16-001728-CI-13 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF MURDICE GRAHAM, BY AND THROUGH ITS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE LORRAINE WALKER, LORRAINE WALKER, GRADY GRAHAM and LORENZO GRAHAM, IF LIVING, OR THE ESTATE OF LORENZO GRAHAM, IF DEAD, are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 8, 2016 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 39, and the West 6 feet of Lot 38; And Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 39 and run East 6 feet, thence South 50 feet, thence West 6 feet, thence North 50 feet to the Point of Beginning, in Grove Heights Annex, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 16, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
