NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 13, 2016 and entered in Case No. 2010-011173-CI of the Circuit Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE for JP ALT 2006-S2 is the Plaintiff and, KATHERINE HOLLAND, as Personal Representative of the Estate of MICHAEL J. HATHAWAY, deceased, et al, are the Defendant(s). The Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property at public sale on October 28, 2016, to the highest bidder for cash, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 am, on the prescribed date at WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
