NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated September 19, 2016, and entered in Case Number: 2015-CA-005659-CI, of the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SAWGRASS VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff, and LINDA J. DEWITT, et al., are the Defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on October 25, 2016 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 21, SAWGRASS VILLAGE, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 131, Pages 71 through 87, inclusive, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
