NOTICE is hereby given that, Tiffany Moore Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, will on the 11th day of October, 2016, at 11:00 A.M. EST, via the online auction site at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Orange County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 45 B, UNIT TWO THE VILLAGES AT CURRY FORD WOODS, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 77 through 79, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
