NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 21st day of September 2016 and entered in Case No. 48-2013-CA-007579-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and DIOGO R. ESTEVES; DANIELA C. ESTEVES; HUNTCLIFF PARK AT MEADOW WOODS HOMEOWNERS, ASSOCIATION, INC.; WYNDHAM LAKES AT MEADOW WOODS MASTER HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 26th day of October 2016 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, HUNTCLIFF PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
