NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 18, 2016 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-007490-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, CITIBANK, N.A., NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF NRZ PASS-THROUGH TRUST VI is the Plaintiff, and ANDREW ROTH WEITZER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREW ROTH WEITZER; QUANTUM HOLDINGS, LLC; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; THE HAMPTONS AT METROWEST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION INC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 306 IN BUILDING 25 OF THE HAMPTONS AT METROWEST A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7830 AT PAGE 2283 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
