NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Cancel and Reset Foreclosure Sale dated the 22nd day of September, 2016, entered in Case No. 15000149CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JAIME CHIANG A/K/A JAIME S. CHANG; YUNG YING CHENG A/K/A YUNG YIN CHENG, et al. are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at Charlotte County's On Line Public Auction website www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M., in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of October, 2016, the following described property located in CHARLOTTE County, Florida, as set forth in said (Amended) Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
