NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated July 9, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2008 CA 9206 of the 12th Judicial Circuit in Manatee County, Florida, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, the Clerk of the Court, located at 1115 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton Florida 34205, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. EST on October 21, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement, to-wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK B, BRADEN RIVER LAKES, PHASE III, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
