NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 6, 2016, and entered in Case No. 41 2016CA001005AX, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCREDIT LOANS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-QS4, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM E. BAXENDALE; KELLY A JACKSON A/K/A KELLY ANN JACKSON; KINGSFIELD LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants. Angela M. Colonneso, Clerk of Court for MANATEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 21TH day of OCTOBER, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 3, KINGSFIELD LAKES, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 70 THROUGH 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
