NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of September 2016 and entered in Case No. 2009CA008233, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff and DONNA DUGAN; TROY DUGAN; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 26th day of October 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

commence at an iron pipe at the monumented southeast corner of lot 14, block b, (block corner), adams addition to bradenton, as per plat thereof recorded in plat book 1, page 129, public records of manatee county, florida; thence n 89Ëš 38' 53” w along the monumented north right-of-way line of 17th avenue west (south line of lot 14) a distance of 150.00 feet for a point of beginning; thence continue n 89Ëš 38' 53” w along said north right-of-way line, a distance of 50.00 feet to the monumented southwest corner of said lot 14; thence n 00Ëš 36' 00” w, along the monumented west line of said lot 14, a distance of 91.56 feet; n 89Ëš 59' 49” e, 50.00 feet; thence s 00Ëš 35' 00” e, 91.87 feet to the point of beginning.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
