NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-001595 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein The Bank Of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank Of New York, As Trustee For The Certificate Holders CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OA3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OA3, Plaintiff and Barbara Stephens are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on November 9, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL 106, BUILDING 4, OF SERENATA SARASOTA CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2092, PAGE 711, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
