Elrod, Unknown Tenant NKA Kathleen A. Elrod, State of Florida, Department of Revenue, Unknown Tenants, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 20 day of OCTOBER, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 114 UNIT 193 GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 100 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
