NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 19, 2016, entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA-001507-00 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and Martha A. Miller A/K/A Martha Miller A/K/A Martha Olson A/K/A Martha Annette Olson; Robert L. Miller A/K/A Robert Lee Miller; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; PNC Bank, National Association, as Successor by Merger to National City Bank; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on October 20, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE WEST 150 FEET OF TRACT 92, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 27, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 17 AND 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
