NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated AUGUST 19, 2016, and entered in 2014-CA-001781 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HOLDERS OF THE GSR MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-AR2 is the Plaintiff and ROGER D. WITHERS, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE OF THE ROGER D. WITHERS TRUST U/A/D 7/17/1998; ROGER D. WITHERS; LANA W. WITHERS; are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on October 20, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 37, OF MARCO BEACH UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
