DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R8, is Plaintiff and CARLOS SERRANO; GENOVEVA VAZQUEZ A/K/A GENOVEVA VAZQUEZ SERRANO, is defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Court for POLK County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 19th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 9 AND 10, OF BLOCK 2, ROCHELLE TERRACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LAKE ALFRED, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 44.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
