Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 20 day of September, 2016, and entered in case No. 16-CA-1893 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein SAIL HARB OUR AT HEALTHPARK HOMEOWNERS' SUB-ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and, JOHN E. GODLEY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN E. GODLEY N/K/A TIFFANY GODLEY AND THE UNKNOWN TENANT(S)/OCCUPANT(S) IN POSSESSION, IF ANY, are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of October, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block 4, Sail Harbour At Healthpark, a subdivision, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Instrument No. 2005000068039, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
