NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2016, and entered in Case No. 36-2016-CA-000257 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-through Certificates, Series 2005-QO5, is the Plaintiff The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Thomas L. Kidd aka Thomas Lockington Kidd, deceased; Romila C. Spina a/k/a Romila Carol Spina f/k/a Romila Wickenden as Personal Representative of the Estate of Thomas L. Kidd aka Thomas Lockington Kidd; Aurora Loan Services LLC; and Romila C. Spina a/k/a Romila Carol Spina f/k/a Romila Wickenden as successor Trustee of the Thomas L. Kidd Family Trust dated January 11, 2001; Romila C. Spina a/k/a Romila Carol Spina f/k/a Romila Wickenden as Beneficiary of the Thomas L. Kidd Family Trust; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 24 day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
