NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 36-2015-CA-050151 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Huntington National Bank, Plaintiff and VILLAGIO AT ESTERO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT www.lee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on October 26, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 20-101, OF VILLAGIO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4253, PAGE 4271, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4253, PAGE 4397, AND AS FURTHER AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
