THOMAS, both of whom are not known to be either dead or alive and their unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, or other parties claiming by, through, under, or against them; the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, or other parties claiming by, through, under, or against MARY JEAN PARCHMAN, who is known to be dead and who was the known heir of VIRGINIA BAGLEY; ROXIE ANN CARPENTER and JAMIE ELIZABETH ROMO, who are the known heirs of MARY JEAN PARCHMAN and who are not known to be dead or alive and their unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, or other parties claiming by, through, under them; the known heirs of WILLIAM H. DORAN: DREXEL H. DORAN, KEVIN DORAN, FELICIA D. EASLEY, all of whom are not known to be dead or alive and their unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, or other parties claiming by, through, under them; the unknown spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, or other parties claiming by, through, under, or against DRAKE DORAN, who is known to be dead and who was the known heir of WILLIAM H. DORAN; DEVERY R. DORAN, DEIDRE R. SAENZ (a/k/a DEIDRE GOODMAN), KEVIN ALEXANDER and PATRICK ALEXANDER, who are the known heirs of DRAKE DORAN and who are not known to be either dead or alive and their unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, or other parties claiming by, through, under them
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that this action to quiet title to certain real property located at 4203 1st St. SW, Lehigh Acres, FL 33976, and more fully described as follows:
• Legal description: Lot 3, Block 5, Unit 1, Section 34, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lehigh Acres, Plat Book 15, Page 90, Lee County, Florida;
• STRAP # 34-44-26-01-00005-0030.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it upon Michael S. Hagen, Attorney, P.L., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 6249 Presidential Court, Suite F, Fort Myers, Florida 33919, within 30 days from the date of the first publication of this notice of action, with that deadline date being November 7, 2016 (month/day), 2016 and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
