NOTICE IS HEREBY given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, on December 21, 2016, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Apartment I-7, VILLA CAPRI, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 589, page 289, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
