Myers, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF JOHN D. GRISSOM ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18 day of November, 2016 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
TRACT 753, SAN CARLOS ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF FILE RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 557, PAGES 354 AND 355, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, “ALL TRACTS SUBJECT TO A TEN FOOT EASEMENT RESERVATION ON ALL SIDES FOR UTILITY MAINTENANCE.
AKA 25546 Luci Drive, Bonita Springs, FL 34135
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
