NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2016, entered in Civil Case No.: 16-CA-001083, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, is Plaintiff, and MAUREEN M. WENRICH, is Defendant(s).
Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 9:00 a.m., at www.lee.realforeclose.com on October 24, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 6757A OF THE POLYNESIAN CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION TWO, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1086, PAGE 1810, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
This Notice of Sale shall be published for two (2) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
