NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 14, 2016, and entered in Case No. 51-2015-CA-001495-XXXX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2006-HE9, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-HE9 is Plaintiff and STACIE TRAINHAM; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STACIE TRAINHAM; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; NEW RIVER HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. PAULA S. O'NEIL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 20 day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 8, NEW RIVER LAKES PHASES “A”, “B1A”, AND “C1”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGE 103, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
