NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and BRYAN CONNOLLY A/K/A BRYAN P. CONNOLLY; KATHERINE CONNOLLY A/K/A KATHERINE M. CONNOLLY; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A JAN WISHARD, are defendants. Paula O'Neil, Clerk of Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 27TH day of OCTOBER, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THE EAST 10 FEET THEREOF BEING SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND/OR UTILITIES.
