NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 17, 2014 in Civil Case No. 58-2012-CA-006516 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-C, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-C is the Plaintiff, and ROSS A. SCIANNA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROSS A. SCIANNA N/K/A DELRAE SCIANNA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN; THE CONDOMINIUM ON THE BAY TOWER II ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN PERSONS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on October 17, 2016 at 9:00 AM; the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1510, OF THE CONDOMINIUM ON THE BAY, TOWER II, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1546, PAGES 1511 THRU 1592, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
NOTE : PARKING SPACE NO. 118 AND LOCKER 1510 ARE CONVEYED WITH THIS UNIT BUT NEITHER GUARANTEED NOR INSURED
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
