YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to reform deeds and quiet and confirm title of Plaintiff in and to the following real property situated in Sarasota County, Florida:
LOT 49, COUNTRY MANOR UNIT 1, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 33, Page 37 through 37c, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Charles F. Johnson, Esquire, Blalock Walters, P.A., 802 11th Street West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
