NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2016, entered in Case No. 2014 CA 001155 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for MortgageIT Securities Corp. Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2007-1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Robert P. Ely; Sandy Ely; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; The Country Club of Sarasota Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Century Bank, FSB; Iberiabank; State of Florida Department of Revenue; Unknown Tenant #1 In Possession Of The Property; Unknown Tenant #2 In Possession Of The Property are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 13th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 51, THE COUNTRY CLUB OF SARASOTA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 16, 16A THRU 16K, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
