NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2016, entered in Case No. 2015 CA 001771 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, As Trustee Under The Pooling And Servicing Agreement Relating To IMPAC Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-2 is the Plaintiff and James E. Codner; Unknown Spouse of James E. Codner; Barbara Biancone; Unknown Spouse of Barbara Biancone; National Revenue Service, Inc. are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 17th day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 243, VENICE GARDENS, UNIT NO. 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 63 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
