NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2016, and entered in 16-CA-002780 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JAMES L. CALHOUN, JR. A/K/A JAMES LOUIS CALHOUN, JR. ; ARLENE M. CALHOUN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 14, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, 9 AND 10, BLOCK{ 5, GOLFLAND OF TAMPA'S NORTH SIDE COUNTRY CLUB AREA, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 28, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
