NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 12, 2016 , and entered in Case No. 14-01843 DIV N UCN: 292014CA001843XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and FIRST NATIONAL TRUST OF AMERICA, LLC, AS TRUSTEE UNDER A TRUST AGREEMENT AND KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 17704, DATED JUNE 20, 2013; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE TRUST AGREEMENT KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 17704, DATED JUNE 20, 2013; HUNTER'S GREEN COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; NATHAN'S COURT NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, PAT FRANK, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 9th day of January, 2017, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
