NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 13, 2016, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-007997, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC. ITS TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES AND ALL OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF MARTHA A. DAEMY A/K/A MARTHA ANN FISHER-DAEMY A/K/A MARTHA FISHER DAEMY, DECEASED; MEGAN SAFIA DAEMY, HEIR; MEGAN SAFIA DAEMY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; VIEUX CARRE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 18 day of October, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT #36, VIEUX CARRE CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3034, PAGES 123 THROUGH 179, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND COVENANTS OF DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, PAGE 75 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
